I love my friends for being there for me literally whenever i need them. I don't know what I did in my life to deserve them.

RIP
One of my hamsters, Abed, died.
 This was taken a few days before his death.

I buried him in lots of tissues and packed him some hamster food for his journey to hamster heaven. And I prayed for him after the burial. Praying really has cathartic effects even for a staunch atheist like myself.

It's my first pet death. I don't know why he died, but he was so small and lifeless and I couldn't bring him back to life and I felt helpless too.

I hope you're in hamheaven eating lots of hamster milk duds Abed (:
